Mike runs the latte-art class every other Sunday at 11am. Six seats; sign-up at the bar.

The class covers steam-milk technique (it really is most of the work), pitcher-tip placement for the first contact, and the three foundational designs — heart, rosetta, tulip. By the end of an hour everyone gets at least one pour they’re proud of.
